The best way to understand how things work is by taking a trial lesson. There’s a big difference between explaining what it’s like and experiencing what it’s like. In the first lesson you’ll jump rope then learn how to throw a jab, a cross and duck. You’ll work for two rounds on the focus pads with a trainer and then practice those punches for four rounds on the heavybag. We follow that with some conditioning work including calisthenics and cardio drills to burn fat and build strength, stamina and speed.

At the end of the lesson, we’ll discuss the different programs that we offer and see which one works best for you.

Finding the right gym is something you want to get right the first time. I’ve seen a lot of people over the years who’ve invested a lot of time and money into learning how to box and you would never know it. Apparently neither do they.
